A Seminar Titled 'The Journey of Design and Yarn Transformation

"On April 25, 2025, Balıkesir Vocational School's Textile Technology Program organized a seminar titled 'The Journey of Design and Yarn Transformation.'
In the seminar, Textile Technician and Designer Seda Akat and Saide Şen provided students with information about the transformation stages of yarn into fabric, pattern design in fabrics, the yarn and surface structures of upholstery fabrics and those used in ready-to-wear (apparel), as well as weaving defects.
Within this scope, students had the opportunity to closely examine yarns and fabric surfaces used in the industry."
